Brandon Rios would be happy to come to England to fight IBF World Welterweight title holder Kell Brook.
Brook's trainer Dom Ingle suggested the former WBA lightweight champion could be a potential opponent.
"I'd be willing to come to his backyard. I accept the challenge," the American told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"His own trainer has said it could be an interesting fight and I think it would be great.
"I didn't really know who Kell Brook was until he beat Shawn Porter and then I saw his fight with Jo Jo Dan and Dan didn't have a chance."
Brook defended his title with a comprehensive victory over Romanian Dan on Saturday.
Rios, who lost to Manny Pacquiao in November 2013, has a record of 33 wins from 35 professional fights.
The Texas-born fighter believes beating Brook could see him move back to the top prospects in the division.
"My aim right now is just to get back to the top and I'm willing to fight anybody," he added.
"I'm ready to show the world that I can get back to the top and I'll accept any challenge.
"I'm available on 13 June if he's willing to fight me."
