Willie Limond has been forced to pull out of his fight with Chris Jenkins due to a shoulder injury.

The Glasgow-born fighter was due to defend his British Light Welterweight title, but will now have to vacate the belt.

Instead, undefeated Jenkins will face Tyrone Nurse in Leeds on 11 April.

Limond was crowned champion at the age of 36 when he beat Curtis Woodhouse in June last year on a 12-round split decision at the Braehead arena.
