joe joyce what a joke bring back big frank he would slap him about even he was crap
Degale can control this fight with his boxing skill and experience, both of which Eubank doesn't have. Chris is just going to fight like he always has done. He pushed Groves to the limit, but in reality skill beats heart and effort all day
Can't wait, Eubank will get well and truly schooled tonight. His lack of having ever learned the basics of boxing, having had top quality amateur experience and conned himself by fighting and beating domestic, mid level european standard fighters will come home to roost. He is an insult to all the boxers out there who hone their craft and earn their stripes. Three strikes, over and out.
boxings not a sportsimples
Very limited comments on this fight. Do we think this is a lack of interest or because it's a PPV when people are thinking it shouldn't be. It do seem to be very divided in terms of opinion on the winner.

eubank is so frustrating - a wasted talent - this is the first fight that he has had a trainer for. ridiculous. if De Gale isn't injured and even 80% of what he was he will win a landslide points decision. looking forward to Joyce vs Stiverne - nice step up for Joyce.
Eubank will k/o De Gale
Not interested in the main event tbh, but the undercard is more intriguing. Is it too early for Joyce? How much does Selby have left? I'd maybe watch for the undercard .
JustPete - Degale has had a good career and is a british great. Olympic gold medallist too.
@17Almost exactly what i was about to say, thanks for saving me the bother.
This is not a fight that will cause any ripples in global boxing terms. However, like a playground fight between two kids you didn't like, it is interesting.DeGale is (marginally) less irritating and arrogant than CEJ so I'm (marginally) siding with him.But I won't be parting with any money for the privilege.
No real boxing fan cares about this, they're the 2 biggest morons in boxing, a double knockout is the most desirable result.
Best of luck to both fighters however it wont be getting watched by many with it being on PPV...really...
If Eubank tries to box Degale he will lose on points he is a level below Degale in that respect he has to chase and pressure and take the fight to Degale take shots and get close unload to head and body with big punches if Degale moves and sticks to his game plan he wins on points but he can't be dragged into a slugfest with a bigger puncher Degale to win a close fight but it will be tough
I have always thought Degale is better than what he has achieved even though he has been a world champ in his career he has fought to his opponents level too many times even though he has superior boxing skills he has hand speed and great foot work but gets dragged into hard fights when there was no need to this fight with Eubank could be the same, if it turns into a tear up Eubank will win.
@7 chipbutty - "Ive gone off DeGale since I found out he had a Hair Transplant - To me its just flat out Bullshit - I now want Eubank to Win"Well, no one can question your expert analysis, that's for sure. By the way, brain transplants are also available.
The blueprint for beating Eubank is there.....box him.Eubank is a wasted talent and I feel deep down....he doesn't want to win because if dad.He doesn't want to give his dad the success. Jnr is sabotaging his own success.
