Kent batsman Joe Denly told BBC Radio Kent:
"It's nice to finally spend some serious time in the middle and try and make up for my lack of runs from earlier in the season.
"I had a bit of luck early in my first innings when I was scratching around for runs, but at the end of the game I feel like I'm in pretty good nick.
"I always look forward to coming to Tunbridge Wells, the Nevill's a lovely ground, the crowds are always good and we always have great cricketing wickets.
"I'm looking forward to the Twenty 20 games now, to playing shots and expressing myself."
