Berkshire in charge after day two against Cornwall


Berkshire built a healthy lead as play finally got underway on day two of their Minor Counties clash with Cornwall in Henley.

Having lost the whole of day one to rain, Cornwall batted first, but were bowled out for a paltry 189 as Dave Balcombe took 5-67.

In reply, Berkshire reached 371-7 with Steve Naylor unbeaten on 174 and four of their 90 overs remaining.

Alex Smeeth and Andrew Libby took two wickets each for Cornwall.
