Worcestershire wrapped up a nine-wicket win against Hampshire before lunch on the final day at New Road.
Imran Tahir was caught and bowled off the second ball of the day from Shakib Al Hasan as Hampshire were dismissed without adding to their overnight 269.
Captain Daryl Mitchell then led from the front with an unbeaten 57 not out as Worcestershire eased home on 108-1.
Worcestershire have now won successive Championship games, while winless Hampshire stay bottom of Division One.
The home side took just 96 minutes on the final day to complete their victory, with the result a formality once Mitchell and Matt Pardoe put on 62 for the first wicket.
Pardoe fell when he clipped Tahir to Jimmy Adams at short leg, but Vikram Solanki helped Mitchell lead his side over the finishing line, with the Worcestershire captain steering James Tomlinson to third man for the winning boundary.
Worcestershire's back-to-back wins over reigning champions Nottinghamshire and Hampshire have lifted them above Yorkshire and out of the relegation zone, while Hampshire are the only top flight side without a win.
Worcestershire skipper Daryl Mitchell told BBC Hereford and Worcester:
"I thought in this game in particular we were excellent. We did it the hard way, got runs on the board and made them follow on.
"We got three 100 partnerships and that sets the game up, we did that well in this game.
"I thought it was a good team performance, Alan Richardson and Shakib with the ball were outstanding."
