All-rounder Graham Wagg has said Glamorgan can travel to Somerset in the FL t20 on Sunday with confidence following their win over Sussex.

Glamorgan beat the South Group leaders by two runs in a last-ball thriller at the Swalec Stadium to secure their third win in the competition.

"Hopefully this is a turning point for us," said Wagg.

The Dragons travel to Taunton on Sunday to face third-placed Somerset in their latest t20 encounter.

"We've got no fear in the side and we're going down there all blazing and looking for a win," explained Wagg.

"[It will be] a tough game down there. But we're going to be prepared for that."

Wagg added Glamorgan were fully deserving of their thrilling last-over win over Sussex, a side who had previously only lost one game in this season's t20.

"Glamorgan players and all the crowd will be really happy with that performance," said the former Derbyshire player.

"We've lost three [games] in the last over so it was about time we pulled one off.

"We know how to play the games on these sorts of wickets at home.

"We've been unfortunate [that] we've lost two games that we should have actually won."
