Yorkshire sealed a three-wicket victory at Scarborough to dent Durham's hopes of an FL t20 quarter-final spot.

Rich Pyrah took 5-16 to restrict Durham to 144-8, David Miller (54) and Dale Berkenstein (33) leading the way.

Tykes skipper Andrew Gale then hit 34 off 19 balls before Gary Ballance blasted 48 to put them in command.

Man of the match Pyrah then finished it by smashing Mitch Claydon through the legside for four and then six as Yorkshire secured victory on 150-7.

After claiming Yorkshire's best bowling return in nine seasons of Twenty20 cricket to keep alive their slender hopes of going through to the quarter-finals, Pyrah's winning six topped off a great day's work as his team won with three balls to spare in front of a 6,500 crowd.
