Leicestershire fast bowler Harry Gurney has been offered a new contract by the East Midlands club.
The Nottingham-born 24-year-old is Leicestershire's leading wicket-taker in Twenty20 cricket this season.
Leicestershire coach Phil Whitticase told BBC Radio Leicester: "Some contracts have gone out to players and we are waiting for decisions.
"Harry is in the group of players we have offered contracts to and we will see where that leads."
Gurney, who currently has a hamstring injury and is facing a race to be fit for Leicestershire's FL t20 quarter-final with Kent, has taken 22 wickets in 13 T20 games this season.
