Sleaford deny Premier League leaders Bracebridge Heath

Lincolnshire Premier League leaders Bracebridge Heath had to settle for a winning draw at Sleaford after failing to bowl the hosts out at London Road.

Vikram Atri (85) and Paul Cook (64 not out) helped Bracebridge to 288-7 but Sleaford held out to reach 175-6, with Will Brewster making 72.

Second-placed Bourne beat neighbours Market Deeping by three wickets.

They dismissed the visitors for only 110 but laboured to 111-7 in reply, with Deeping's Tom Andrews taking 5-38.

Jonathan Cheer made 124 and Josh Newton 105 not out in Boston's 287-5 against Nettleham at the Mayflower, before the hosts bowled the league's bottom side out for 126 to win by 161 runs.

There were also centuries at Jubilee Park for Woodhall Spa's Sam Evison (132 not out) and Lindum's Richard Bishop (100), with Lindum taking victory by five wickets.

George Linde claimed the day's best bowling figures of 6-29 and Jim Morgan made 61 as Grimsby beat Skegness by three wickets, while Stewart West top-scored with 78 as Louth beat Hartsholme by seven wickets.
