Glamorgan remained in charge on a rain-curtailed second day against Leicestershire at Colwyn Bay.
Resuming on 328-8, the home side's tail continued to wag, Dean Cosker making 39, Robert Croft 31 and Will Owen 26 not out as they totalled 392.
James Harris then reduced the visitors to 33-2, taking a third wicket as Leicestershire lurched to 80-4.
But big-hitting Wayne White (44no) and Jimmy Taylor (34no) put on an unbroken 60 to see them to 140-4 at the close.
No play was possible due to rain after tea, the day's proceedings eventually being called off at 1700 BST.
Glamorgan had earlier enjoyed a profitable opening session, scoring a further 64 runs in just 13.1 overs to earn a fourth batting point.
