Cornwall's chances of a win at Dorset were dashed after rain meant there was no play on the final day of their Minor Counties match at Dean Park.
The Duchy had needed 110 runs with six wickets in hand to come away from Dorset with the victory.
The draw means Cornwall end the season in fifth place in the Minor Counties Championship Western Division with two wins, two draws and two defeats.
Rivals Devon won the division and will face Cambridgeshire in the final.
