Truro are second, while reigning champions Paul are third after both had convincing wins over Falmouth and Newquay respectively.
Truro bowled Falmouth out for 103, with Kyle Van Rooyen taking 6 for 25, but lost seven wickets in reaching the target.
Newquay are officially relegated after being crushed by eight wickets by Paul.
Newquay were dismissed for just 60 as Matt O'Leary took 5 for 23.
St Just are 24 points behind the leaders with a game in hand, while elsewhere Grampound Road beat Troon by two wickets.
Jeffrey Vandersay took 6 for 49 for Grampound as Troon set them a target of 198 before Chris Roberts hit 73 not out.
