Guernsey easily retained their inter-island crown with a 148-run win over Jersey at the KGV.
Jeremy Frith was man of the match after hitting 129 as Guernsey posted a formidable target of 273, despite Ben Stevens taking four wickets.
In reply Jersey crumbled and were all out for 125 in 34 overs as skipper Peter Gough top-scored with 31 and Frith took four wickets.
It was revenge for Guernsey who lost to Jersey in a Twenty20 match in July.
Guernsey won the title last year after beating their big rivals by six wickets at Grainville.
The teams will also face each other in their opening match at the World Cricket League tournament in Malaysia later this month.
