Waringstown beat Instonians by 16 runs under the Duckworth-Lewis scoring method in a curtailed Bob Kerr Irish Senior Cup final at Comber on Sunday.
Instonians scored 237-8, with Ireland international Andrew White top-scoring with 76.
Waringstown accumulated 125-2 off 29 overs, man-of-the-match Simon Harrison hitting 68, before rain brought a premature end to the game.
North Down were crowned Ulster Bank Premier League champions on Saturday.
The champions beat CIYMS by 189 runs to clinch the title.
Waringstown's success completed a cup double as they had beaten CSNI in the Ulster Bank Challenge Cup final at the end of July.
