Derbyshire all-rounder Wes Durston has been named the club's player of the season for 2011.
The 30-year-old has enjoyed a prolific season with the bat, scoring 1,785 runs in all competitions with two first-class matches still to play.
Durston has scored 1,012 runs in the County Championship, at an average of 42.16, and 492 runs in the CB40 at an impressive 40.91.
He signed a new deal in August, which keeps him at the club until 2013.
Durston signed for Derbyshire midway through the 2010 season following his release from Somerset and a string of excellent performances for the Unicorns.
