Guernsey beat Fiji by 108 runs to stay unbeaten
Guernsey's cricketers made it two wins out of two in the ICC World Cricket League Division Six after they defeated Fiji by 108 runs.
Guernsey posted a formidable total of 279 with opener Lee Savident and all-rounder Jeremy Frith both hitting 82 as captain Stuart Le Prevost got 52.
In reply Fiji hit 171 with Gary Rich and Frith each taking two wickets.
The win sees the Sarnians joint top of the tournament with hosts Malaysia after their opening win over Jersey.
"Everything's going well, we've put ourselves in a really good position," said batsman Jamie Nussbaumer.
"We've now beaten the two teams that got demoted from the division above us, so we're in a really good position.
"We've got two big games coming up and hopefully we'll be promoted by the time we play Malaysia on Friday," he added.
