Batsman Chris Cooke and fast bowler Will Owen have signed new two-year-contracts with Glamorgan.
South African-born Cooke, who previously played for Western Province made an impact for the Welsh county during their Twenty20 campaign
North Walian Owen took 30 wickets in nine Championship games and topped the CB40 averages with 15 wickets at 15.53.
"Both Will and Chris have big futures ahead of them," said Managing Director of Cricket, Colin Metson.
"I am delighted that they will be part of the club over the coming years.
"They have enjoyed good seasons in 2011, making breakthroughs into the first XI, and we all look forward to watching them develop and improve in 2012."
Prior to joining Glamorgan, 25-year-old Cooke had played in six first-class matches for Western Province and featured for Nottinghamshire's second team.
St Asaph-born Owen has been tipped as a future England international by Glamorgan head coach Matthew Mott.
Meanwhile Glamorgan batsman Mike Powell has been released by the county after 15 years of first-team service while all-rounder David Brown has retired.
