Yorkshire seamer Ajmal Shahzad has been fined £750 and warned over his future conduct after scuffing the pitch in a County Championship match.
The England international, 26, admitted to the offence in Yorkshire's penultimate game of the season against Warwickshire at Edgbaston.
Shahzad escaped further punishment because of his previously exemplary conduct.
He has played one test for England, against Bangladesh in 2010.
Yorkshire endured a torrid 2011 season and were relegated despite beating Somerset in their final fixture of the season.
In the wake of the Tykes' relegation, chairman Peter Graves accused some of the county's England internationals of 'letting the side down the most.'
