Limavady banned from hosting ties after Instonians game
Limavady must play all Irish Senior Cup games away from home for the next two years as punishment over an incident in the tie against Instonians in June.
The match was abandoned when Instonians said they would only resume play under protest after an alleged assault.
Limavady refused to play under these conditions and the game was abandoned.
The north-west club was also hit with a supsended two-year expulsion from the Irish Cup for refusing to continue play and walking off the pitch.
Cricket Ireland described Limavady's actions as "unjustified and unacceptable".
Limavady batsman Decker Curry was given a one-year ban from the sport in June following an incident in the match at the John Hunter Grounds.
Instonians and Ireland player Andrew White alleged that he was assaulted by a Limavady team member during the tea interval.
Curry denied the assault allegation and launched an unsuccessful appeal against the ban imposed by Cricket Ireland.
