England row 'over the top' - Anderson

Fast bowler James Anderson admits England's reaction was "over the top" in a row over a disputed catch on their way to victory over a Sri Lankan Board XI.

Captain Andrew Strauss claimed a low catch at first slip but batsmen Dilruwan Perera stood his ground and the umpires, who were surrounded by the England fielders, ruled in the Sri Lankan's favour.

The tourists still claimed victory by an innings and 15 runs as Anderson, Steven Finn and Graeme Swann all picked up three wickets.
