Jersey's Premier league forced to call off matches

Jersey's Premier League was once again hit by the weather as both matches were forced to be cancelled.

Leaders Springfield had been set to take on second-placed Sporting Club Francais at Grainville while Old Victorians were due to meet St Ouen at Les Quennevais on Saturday.

So far only four matches have been played this season with Springfield winning two of them.

SCF are second, level on points with OV's, but have a better run rate.
