Devon beat Oxfordshire by 166 runs to make MCCA Trophy quarter-finals

Devon made the knockout stages of the MCCA Trophy with a crushing 166-run win at Oxfordshire.

Rob Woodman hit 79 and David Lye got 73 as the pair put on 131 for the second wicket to help Devon make 277-9 in their 50 overs.

In reply, Chris Bradley ripped through Oxfordshire's middle order taking five wickets for just 10 runs as the hosts were bowled out for just 111.

Devon will now play Wiltshire in the quarter-finals on 17 June.

It was the first match that Devon have managed to play this season after their previous three group games in the MCCA Trophy were all called off due to rain.
