England slip to Australia defeat
England suffered an agonising two-run defeat by Australia that leaves their Women's World Cup hopes in the balance.
Charlotte Edwards's side bowled out Australia for 147 in 44.4 overs with Anya Shrubsole taking three wickets.
But a combination of poor shot selection and umpiring errors saw them slump to 39-6 and despite a last-wicket stand of 31 Australia sneaked home.
The defeat leaves England needing to win their last two Super Six games to stand any chance of reaching the final.
