Warwickshire and Derbyshire settled for a predictable draw as rain washed out play after lunch on the final day.
The Bears began the final morning at Edgbaston on 90-0 in reply to Derbyshire's 226 after much of days two and three were lost to the weather.
Varun Chopra hit 76 and Ian Westwood 56 as they reached 201-4 at lunch, Laurie Evans hitting a boundary just before the interval to secure a batting point.
The rain then returned and the game was abandoned at tea.
