Swann pushes England towards victory
New Zealand reached 158-6, a distant 310 short of their victory target, after day four of the second and final Test with England at Headingley.
England resumed 296 ahead at 116-1 and opted to bat on until 25 minutes after lunch, with skipper Alastair Cook (130) completing his 25th Test century.
Jonathan Trott made 76 from 164 balls before the declaration came at 287-5.
Ross Taylor made 70 for the Kiwis but fell to the spin of Graeme Swann, who took 4-61 before bad light ended play.
