Northants won by six wickets to book an FLt20 knock-out spot after Mohammed Azharullah limited Glamorgan to 125-9.
The visitors were 70-1 from nine overs before Azharullah (4-17) incited a collapse to 120-6 with six balls left.
David Willey (3-16) finished off with a phenomenal final over, taking three wickets at a cost of just five runs.
Northants chased carefully, hitting a single maximum before two huge sixes from Cameron White (71 from 48 balls) late on ended things in the 19th over.
