ICC Europe Division Two: Norway win as Isle of Man finish fifth

Isle of Man lost both of their matches on the final day of the competition

Norway have been crowned ICC Europe Division Two champions and been promoted after winning all five of their matches in Essex.

The Norwegian side will now play in Division One next year after final-day victories over Gibraltar and Germany.

Belgium finished second, with Austria third, while the Isle of Man finished fifth in the six-team competition.

The Manx team lost four of their five matches with their only victory coming against relegated Germany.

They had a disappointing final day as they suffered a heavy 10-wicket defeat to Austria and lost by seven wickets to Gibraltar.
