Batsmen were on top throughout the game as Prince and Brown shared 105 for the second wicket to lay the platform for Lancashire's total.
Captain Paul Horton also weighed in with 43, while Jordan Clark (20) and Wayne White (26 not out) made useful late contributions as Lancashire reached 300 for the second successive One-Day Cup match.
Tom Bailey had Richard Oliver caught behind by wicket-keeper Alex Davies for 13 as Lancashire made an early breakthrough.
Fell came in to seize the initiative, hitting 10 fours in his 92-ball innings, as he outscored Mitchell in their stand.
White removed both Fell and Mitchell to leave Worcestershire 216-3, needing 89 to win from the last 10.4 overs.
But they ultimately secured a comfortable victory as Kervezee, who hit eight fours in his 49-ball knock, and Whiteley, who faced only 31 balls and hit three sixes and four fours, hit the accelerator to ease Worcestershire to their target.
