Gillespie needs England 'persuasion'
Jason Gillespie says it would "take persuading" to leave Yorkshire for the England coaching job.
Last week, new England director of cricket Andrew Strauss named the 40-year-old ex-Australia bowler as a potential replacement for Peter Moores, who was sacked on 9 May.
Gillespie has been coach at Yorkshire since 2011 and led them to the County Championship title last year.
"I wake up every morning and I'm in my dream job," he told BBC Sport.
