Jonny Bairstow saved Yorkshire from a total collapse against Warwickshire with his fourth century of the season.
Yorkshire's top order were undone by canny swing bowling from Chris Wright (5-40) after the visitors opted to bat first in this Division One match.
Bairstow (108) was the only batsman to make any real impact as the leaders were finally dismissed for 213.
Varun Chopra and nightwatchman Wright fell in the first over of the Bears' reply as the home side closed on 11-2.

Having risen to the top of the table last week, Yorkshire went into the game without Adam Lyth, Gary Ballance, Joe Root and Adil Rashid, who are all on England Test duty.
They were quickly reduced to 26-3 as Warwickshire's seam bowlers capitalised on the conditions, but Aaron Finch (28) and Bairstow briefly steadied the innings by adding 74 for the fifth wicket.
Finch was trapped lbw by Rikki Clarke (2-49) and Tim Bresnan fell to a fine diving catch by wicketkeeper Peter McKay, deputising for Tim Ambrose.
After a rain delay, Bairstow reached his century from 134 balls and also overtook Somerset's James Hildreth as the leading run-scorer in Division One.
He was eventually bowled by Wright, who also removed Jack Brooks to claim his 450th wicket in first-class cricket.
Warwickshire's reply got off to a disastrous start when Chopra and Wright fell for ducks in former England paceman Ryan Sidebottom's first over.

"We were not disappointed to be bowling after we lost the toss. The ball moved around and swung so it was a good day to be bowling. And there were a few interruptions, which helped keep us fresh.
"If we can get through the first hour without any damage we will be in a good position. We would expect days two and three to be the best for batting on this pitch.
"Jonny Bairstow played really well. He was positive and put the bad balls away very well which always puts pressure on the bowlers."

"I am pleased with the way I am playing. It is the best spell of my career. You are always potentially a couple of good balls away from blob, blob, so it is a case of trying to capitalise on your good form while you can.
"We didn't perhaps bat as well as we have been doing but we have been batting really well this season so I am sure we will put that right.
"We have got a lot of belief in what we do, whether it is batting, bowling or fielding. That is important - we have confidence in every aspect of the game."
