Waringstown won by eight wickets.
Waringstown finished off their successful season with victory over Instonians in the final game of the Ulster Bank Premier League.
The villagers had already won the title and the Irish Senior Cup while CIYMS clinched the Ulster Bank Challenge Cup.
Ballymena were relegated and will be replaced by Derriaghy next year. The North-West season finishes on Sunday.
