British world champion Liam Phillips went out in the quarter-finals of the BMX Supercross World Cup third round in Berlin but still leads the overall competition.
Phillips, 25, who won the first round in Manchester in April, is 40 points clear of France's Joris Daudet with two events of the five remaining.
Double-Olympic champion Maris Strombers won the final in Germany on Sunday while GB's Kyle Evans, 20, finished the round in sixth.
The last two rounds are in Argentina (Santiago Del Estero) and the United States (Chula Vista) in September.
