Team Sky: Michal Kwiatkowski joins team for 2016 season

Team Sky have signed Poland's Michal Kwiatkowski for the 2016 season.
The 25-year-old has been with the Etixx - Quick-Step team for the past four seasons and won the road race at the 2014 World Championships.
"Michal has performed fantastically over the past couple of years," said Team Sky manager Sir Dave Brailsford.
"We have been following his career for a long time. We have attempted to sign him on two occasions previously and weren't going to miss out this time."
He added: "Michal is still young, a great talent for the future, and will keep getting better."
