Disability Sport NI says funding cuts will mean it having to remove services from 7,000 of the people that it works with.
The organisation provides opportunities in sport for people with disabilities.
World blind water-skiing champion Janet Gray, who is the president of Disability Sport NI, says sport is the only thing that many disabled people have to look forward to every week.
"It's not just about taking part and getting out there and getting some exercise, it's the whole area of well-being," said the Disability Sport NI president.
