Wolves midfielder Adlene Guedioura has made a successful start to his comeback six months after breaking his leg.

The Algeria international played the full 90 minutes for the reserve team at Blackpool, scoring in their 2-1 win.

It was the 25-year-old's first action since he suffered the injury against Aston Villa in September.

Wolved manager Mick McCarthy indicated that Guedioura would be ready to join their battle for Premier League survival if he came through unscathed.
