Leyton Orient secured their first win in five games with a victory against bottom side Plymouth.
Jimmy Smith flicked on a Dean Cox cross to Scott McGleish, who fired Orient ahead early on.
Alex Revell raced clear of the Argyle defence and crossed for Cox, who smashed in to double the lead.
Rory Fallon had a header well saved by Orient goalkeeper James Jones as the visitors tried to get back into the game, but the home side held firm.
Plymouth Argyle manager Peter Reid told BBC Radio Devon:
"I thought we were second best all game - we're fighting for our lives but we didn't compete well enough.
"All through the game we were a yard off it, we didn't win second balls, so I'm disappointed.
"What we've got is what we've got and there's no use moaning about it, we've got to get on with it."
