Luton Town are expecting to be without striker Danny Crow for a month.
The 26-year-old injured his knee in Saturday's 3-3 draw with Kidderminster and will know the full extent of the damage after a scan on Tuesday.
Crow has made 26 league appearances for the Hatters since arriving from Cambridge United in the summer, 11 of which were off the bench.
"That's a real blow, I was gutted for Crowy," boss Gary Brabin told BBC Three Counties Radio.
"I think he's been brilliant the last two games and I think he's been a big part of our attacking play.
"He'll be the first to admit he wanted to get a little bit fitter.
"We know we certainly haven't got him for the next few games but hopefully we can have him for the final push."
The former Norwich City man has started both of Brabin's games as manager since he succeeded Richard Money.
