Promotion-chasing Bury eased to victory over relegation-threatened Barnet, who had caretaker boss Giuliano Grazioli in charge for the first time.
Nicky Ajose put the hosts ahead, clipping the ball over Liam O'Brien after collecting Kyle Bennett's pass.
Mike Jones doubled the Shakers' lead with a powerful strike from 20 yards after a neat lay-off from Ajose.
The result sees Bury maintain their push for automatic promotion and leaves Barnet three points from safety.
Bury caretaker manager Richie Barker told BBC Radio Manchester:
"We knew what we were going to get from them and they're going to put us under pressure fighting for their lives.
"Having said that we had lots of opportunities but wasted them a little bit in the final third.
"We wont take anything for granted and until our name on that league table changes a different colour and we're automatically promoted."
