Glenavon retained the Mid Ulster Cup thanks to goals from Trevor Molloy and Gary Hamilton in the Stangmore Park final.

Molloy gave the Lurgan Blues the perfect start by firing in a second minute opener.

Patrick Jennings denied Dungannon an equaliser with a fine save from PJ Lavery's shot.

Hamilton added the second goal on 56 minutes, rounding keeper Sean O'Neill before slotting in.
