Forget slump and focus on Sunderland revival - Mignolet

Sunderland goalkeeper Simon Mignolet says the players must banish thoughts of their poor form and focus on the six games to save their top flight status.
The Wearsiders are on a run of seven defeats in eight games, with just one point from 24 ahead of Saturday's trip to Birmingham City.
"I don't want to speak anymore about the last few games, let's look forward," Mignolet told BBC Newcastle.
"If you see the league table there's still much to do, anything can happen."
The gap between Sunderland and the bottom three was cut to five points following Saturday's 3-2 defeat by West Bromwich Albion.
However just seven points separate Newcastle in ninth to bottom side Wigan Athletic, leaving the end-of-season shake-up very much open.
"It's not easy, we have to cope with a young squad, and the confidence is now a problem," he said.
"However we're professional footballers, we have to cope with that pressure, everybody is capable.
"Let's hope everybody stays positive and keeps together as a team, the only thing we need now is to keep together as as team.
"All we need now is a performance and three points on the board, we have to look forward to the six games we have left and hope we can do it.
"We're not thinking about holidays, we want to win games and finish in the top 10."
The Belgium international joined Sunderland from hometown club Sint-Truiden in June 2010, and has since made 20 appearances in all competitions.
