Cliftonville beat Crusaders in the north Belfast derby at Solitude thanks to three second-half goals.

Chris Scannell, Stephen Garrett, Rory Donnelly and Barry Johnston had chances for the Reds in the first half.

Kieran O'Connor scored in the 65th minute, getting a slight touch after Garrett had headed down a fine Barry Johnston free-kick.

Eamonn Seydak added the second in the 81st minute and Garrett got on the scoresheet in injury time.

In the first half Garrett fired wide, Donnelly went close with a header and Johnston also had an opportunity.

After O'Connor's opener Declan Caddell saw his diving header go just over the bar for Crusaders.
