Leicester City left-back Bruno Berner says he wants to discuss his future with manager Sven-Goran Eriksson after a frustrating season.
Berner almost left in January as he was not a regular but signed a new deal after an injury to Greg Cunningham.
But the Swiss, 33, still struggled to secure a starting place and has only started a total of 17 games this term.
"I cannot have a similar season to this one. I have to have a chat with Sven soon," he told BBC Radio Leicester.
"I'm not happy to sit on the bench again."
Berner moved to the Walkers Stadium in June 2008 after 18 months at Blackburn Rovers.
