Relegation-battling Wolves have been given a boost with striker Kevin Doyle set to be fit for their final two games of the season.
Doyle, 27, has been out since suffering knee ligament damage playing for the Republic of Ireland on 26 March.
But he is on course to return to training before Saturday's trip to Sunderland.
"Hopefully, I won't have any reaction. If it goes OK I should be available," Doyle told the club's website.
Doyle has missed six games for Wolves, whose only win in his absence came against West Brom on Sunday.
The victory moved the Molineux club a point above the drop zone with the game at Sunderland and a home match against Blackburn left to play.
"I feel I'm naturally fit enough and would be ready if needed but the pressure won't be on this week after such a fantastic performance from the lads [on Sunday].
"If I can get through a few days training, then hopefully I've got a chance of being on the bench."
