Martin Allen urges big changes at Notts County

Notts County manager Martin Allen says major changes must take place to bring success to Meadow Lane.
Allen has only been in the job a month and played a huge part in helping the Magpies avoid relegation from League One on the last day of the season.
But he told BBC Sport: "The club needs to come up to standard and it's nowhere near it. There is much work to be done.
"It's not right and has to change. I've told the chairman (Ray Trew), he knows and it's my job to fix it."
The Magpies had lost five games in a row when Paul Ince left the club in early April.
Five became seven following a two-match stint with Carl Heggs in charge which saw Notts slip into the drop zone.
But despite losing his first two games in charge, Allen then won back-to-back games and two draws from their final three fixtures - including the 1-1 draw with Brighton - were enough to secure their safety.
Allen, who signed a one-year rolling contract when he was appointed manager in April, insists he is fully committed to Notts and has been working on the long-term development of the club since day one of his tenure.
He added: "I've not only been managing the team but I've been working very closely - with the chairman's authorisation - long term, stabilising off the field, behind the scenes, right across the board.
"On the football side the chairman has given me carte blanche to get it all sorted so it's in place long term to work for this club. I've worked long hours and I've loved every minute of it."
"The players have been great since I've been here. In training and in games the performances have been great.
"I said if we stayed up it would be great and if we didn't I would still be proud of them. I couldn't have asked for any more of them."
