Derry City will face Wexford Youths in their FAI Cup opener next month.
The Ferrycarrig clash will be a repeat of the 2008 League Cup Final when the Candystripes clinched a 6-1 victory.
Holders Sligo Rovers have been drawn against Limerick juniors Pike Rovers while last season's beaten finalists Shamrock Rovers face Athlone Town.
The only all Premier Division tie is Dundalk's clash against Galway United with games taking place on the week ending Sunday 5 June.
