Bournemouth must move on, says Steve Fletcher

Bournemouth assistant manager Steve Fletcher says his side need to move on from their League One play-off semi-final defeat by Huddersfield.
The Cherries drew 4-4 on aggregate with the Terriers, but were denied a place in the Wembley final on penalties.
"It's cruel but we live and learn. We've got to move on now and next year the dream has to keep going," Fletcher told BBC Radio Solent.
"There's enough out there to show we've got a massive chance for next year."
Victory over Huddersfield would have given Bournemouth the chance of second successive promotions after their elevation from League Two last season.
That success came a year after the Cherries narrowly avoided relegation from the Football League following a 17-point penalty for breaching insolvency rules.
Fletcher continued: "When I came back to the club two and a half years ago, the boys here had been through more than what most people go through in a career.
"I'm so proud of what we've done as a team and where we've come from."
Fletcher was appointed assistant manager when Lee Bradbury took charge at Dean Court following Eddie Howe's move to Burnley.
The 38-year-old has scored seven goals this season and currently has no intention of hanging his boots up.
"I hope so [to continue playing] unless Lee Bradbury tells me something different," said Fletcher.
"I believe I can make a difference and I feel I've had as good season as any. I'm more of an impact player but I'd love to do the same again."
