Hayes & Yeading have parted company with manager Garry Haylock.
The 40-year-old had been in charge at the Blue Square Bet Premier side since 2007, having previously held the post with Yeading FC from 2006.
Director of football Tony O'Driscoll will be in charge of first-team affairs until a new manager is appointed.
A statement read: "The parties agree that with a challenging season ahead it is in all interests to part on good terms and head their separate ways."
It continued: "The club in operating with reduced income streams during their groundshare at Woking FC will be looking for fresh impetus this season and Garry moves on looking for a fresh challenge.
"Hayes and Yeading have already actively begun to identify potential candidates for the vacant post as it prepares for its third season in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
"No timescale has yet been placed on the process as the club wish to make sure that the correct candidate is appointed, but hope to progress matters swiftly in order to give the new manager the best possible chance to prepare fully for the new season ahead."
Hayes finished 16th in the league this season, five points above the drop zone.
