Horne on FA Cup deal, Fifa and England U21s
- From the section Football
FA general secretary Alex Horne tells BBC Sport's Dan Roan that the new three-year deal with Budweiser will help take the FA Cup "to the next level".
Horne insists that football's oldest knockout competition is a "cherished" brand, and says that talks are ongoing with the Premier League to ensure the final once again enjoys its own separate date in the English football calendar.
Horne also reveals that the FA are set to meet Fifa head Sepp Blatter about proposed changes at football's world governing body, and remains hopeful that England can progress in the European Under-21 Championship in Denmark.
