Roberto Carlos leaves field after banana insult

An angry Roberto Carlos leaves the pitch in protest after a banana is thrown at him from the crowd in a Russian league match.

The 38-year-old Brazilian World Cup winner, now playing for Anzhi Makhachkala, said he was "outraged by the sickening behaviour" in the game against Krylya Sovetov Samara.

Russian football authorities will now launch an anti-racism campaign, as the 2018 World Cup hosts attempt to rid their domestic game of such incidents.
